RcDirect defines the cost of the consignment in base to: weight/volume/packing and other factors.
The prices that our partners apply for the transport cover only part of what are our expenses for the consignment. For a total transparency towards the client, during the purchase the price for the consignment is clearly pointed out.
The delivery of the product occur in 2-5 business days from the moment we record the payment.
Guarantee of the consignment:
products delivered that have defects must be signalled before elapse 3 days from the delivery.
If the causes of the defect will be verified and it doesn't subsist an unproper use of the product, the product will be replaced. The freight charges have to be payd by the client.
